Отправьте в разогретую до 200 °С духовку на 12-15 минут. Тесто должно пропечься, но остаться светлым. |

Тем временем приготовьте начинку: кастрюльку с белково ореховой массой поставьте на средний огонь и при постоянном помешивании подогрейте так, чтобы сахар растворился, а масса стала тягучей и густой. Не кипятите! |
